We have completed several project and have 8 ongoing projects currently with around 4500 custom-designed, furnished homes as well as commercial and institutional buildings, covering a total saleable area of approximately 14 million square feet under construction at Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad and Texas.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a GM Marketing to lead a high-performing team, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer of Total Environment Group. You will be responsible for developing the overall marketing strategy for all our Real estate projects and verticals including residential, workspaces and plotted development. A person who is responsible for creating high value communication with our target market that eventually leads to sale of our services and products, helps us identify what our customer wants, to create irresistible user experience and create effective brand communication.

Successful candidate will be responsible for the ideation, creation, management of the campaigns and extend support to internal teams with collateral requirement.

This is a team management role with a few direct reports. Alongside a creatives team with support will also be available.

Key Responsibilities Formulation & implementation of marketing strategy to secure a competitive edge in the market. Creation and management of budget to ensure optimal use. Create authentic content in-line with the organization’s values. Handle creation and publication of all marketing material (collaterals, brochures etc.) in line with marketing plans. Responsible for producing valuable content for the online presence, development of digital marketing, promotions & outreach etc. Strategically plan, buy and implement media. Ideation for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently. Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor's marketing movements. Devise mechanisms for collection of data and analysis on the competitor's product and market. Coordinate with creative agencies and external agencies to create/ promote / co-brand events Collaboration with multiple teams to create appropriate reports and presentations that aid decision making and execution for marketing strategies. Creating a PR strategy & Influencer management.

Meet Business goals for all business sub functions of Real Estate ROI of all campaigns Campaigns planned, executed and achievements. PR partnerships and influencers.

Pre-requisite A go-getter attitude is a must. Extremely high on people skills, someone who believes in getting the work done. An individual who gets into the depth of work. Candidate should be tech savvy and data driven with experience in online marketing tools.

Requirements Work Experience: 8-10 Yrs in Marketing Management Role Education – MBA from a Premier Institute. Experience in Top FMCG or Equivalent consumer experience brand (Luxury preferred) Analytical bent of mind. Very good hold on communication. Attention to detail.
