About Traceable:

Traceable was founded in 2018 by serial entrepreneurs Jyoti Bansal and Sanjay Nagaraj to become the industry leader in API security. Prior to Traceable, Jyoti was founder and CEO of AppDynamics which was sold to Cisco for $3.7 billion in 2017. Bansal and Nagaraj saw the massive adoption of cloud-native architectures firsthand during their time at AppDynamics. Traceable is seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Writer

As a Technical Writer, you will work with product managers and dev engineers to develop documentation for all products from scratch, writing engaging and effective articles, succinct online help, concise tooltips & UI text, on-point videos, and helpful release notes. You should be passionate and extremely knowledgeable about technical writing for SaaS-based products, with a hands-on approach to technology and to the products being documented.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in technical writing in modern cloud native SaaS-based products
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Excellent oral, written, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to think and write in context with the target
• Self-motivated and effective in a super fast paced start-up environment.
• Experience in writing context-sensitive online help, troubleshooting, FAQ, and knowledge base articles.
• Knowledge of latest tools/technologies for developing online documentation.
