The Design team at Dream11 consists of User Experience Researchers, UX Designers, UI Designers, Graphic Designers and Illustrators. The team plays a critical role in ensuring that the products and experiences delivered to our users are not only useful and useable, but that they accurately reflect our brand and are a delight to use. Your Role:

• Recruit participants of a desired cohort from the database provided
• Understand requirements and coordinate database generation collaborating with researchers and other stakeholders
• Coordinate with participants, ensuring proper scheduling, and communicate details effectively with stakeholders
• Adhere to recruitment processes, manage incentive disbursement, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide logistic support for in-house and external research sessions

Qualifiers

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a proven track record in participant recruitment for research studies
• Proficient in MS office and Google suite (calendar, slides and doc)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills is a must
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to changing project requirements
