Designation : Senior Process Executive
Essential Qualifications : B Sc, B Com, BBM, MBA & MCA
Relevant Experience (In Years) : 2 to 4 years
Essential Skills / Personality Traits :
· Strong communication skills
· Good academic background with at least 60% and above
· Good at MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat Professional
· Open to work in flexible shifts
· Excellent Client Interaction and presentation skills
· Good Accounting, Email Etiquette, Keyboard/Typing Skills
Domain Expertise : Business Process Development, Access Administration, Data Reconciliation & Investran Application Support.
Operational Responsibilities : • Business Analyst
• Working Knowledge on Investran and JIRA application is preferred.
• Knowledge on Excel VBA (Macro Development)
• Good understanding of Asset Management - Private Equity Fund of Funds
• Experience in handling user issues, access administration, performing UAT testing, monthly patching, test plans and documentations
• Experience in Business and production support
• Quick learner and ability to demonstrate the learnings.
• Strong Team Player with good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex tasks simultaneously
Shift Timing: 4PM IST to 2AM IST.
