Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive
Qualifications: Graduate or MBA
Experience: 1year to 2 years of talent acquisition experience
Location: Mohali (Pb.)
Key Responsibilities:
- In-depth Role Familiarity: Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the roles and recruitment standards across various departments.
- Monthly Recruitment Needs: Gather and assess the recruitment needs of each department on a monthly basis.
- Diverse Sourcing: Broaden our recruitment channels to include various online platforms and niche networks, in addition to job boards.
- Candidate Screening: Evaluate applicant qualifications through screening calls, ensuring alignment with our requirements.
- Interview Coordination: Arrange and follow up on interviews to maintain a smooth recruitment process.
- Target Achievement: Strive to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
