Role and Responsibilities:
- Teach and train trainees in theory and practical classes as per the syllabus for Manufacturing Technology.
- Impart education in modern shop floor practices like 5S Kaizens 7QC tools and TPM to enhance trainees learning.
- Conduct tests and exams leading to certification and provide placement assistance to make trainees employable.
- Coordinate induction program and deploy trainees to industry as well as visit trainees at the industry after deployment.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE/BTech) with 2 to 3 years of experience or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 3 to 5 years of experience.
Required Skills:
- Conversant in MS Office
- Good teaching ability
- Good communication skills
- Industry exposure is an added advantage
