Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Global Help Desk Support Engineer located in Bengaluru. The Global Help Desk Support Engineer will be responsible for technical support, troubleshooting, and help desk support. They will also be responsible for printer support and computer hardware maintenance.

Qualifications
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Help Desk Support and Printer Support skills
  • Computer Hardware maintenance skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience in IT support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g. CompTIA A+)

Relevant certifications and experience in customer service and knowledge management systems are beneficial. The candidate should possess analytical skills and be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. They should also be passionate about technology and willing to learn new skills.
