Job Overview: The Golden Rise is seeking a skilled and motivated HR & Admin Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our organization. We are looking for someone with strong organizational and interpersonal skills who can support our HR and administrative functions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Employee Onboarding: Coordinate and conduct orientation sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, and training records.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws, and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Performance Management: Support the performance management process, including performance appraisals, goal setting, and performance improvement plans.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, address employee grievances, and foster a positive work environment.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, such as managing office supplies, handling correspondence, and scheduling meetings.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR and administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory for freshers.
- Knowledge of HR functions and processes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
