Job Description

  • Experience in Press Tool & Die, Sheet metal processes.
  • Hands on experience on conventional machines (Milling,Grinding,Drilling).
  • Should be proficient in Tool & Dies manufacturing process.
  • Able to read and understand GD&T drawings.
  • Understand the basic Sheetmetal problems like Wrinkles,Thinning,Crack,Springback.
  • Experience in Die trials(Tryout),Part Proving,Comissioning of Dies, Part checking on checking fixtures.
  • Good hand skill in grinding, burr correction, arc welding, Flame hardening.
  • Should have good analytical skill
  • Knowledge about press operating.
  • Flexible to work in all shifts.
