Job Title: Society Manager
Function: Administration
Location: Lonavala

Primary Purpose

To support in Compliance, monitoring & controlling the Della Society
Major accountabilities of position (4-6 major accountabilities)

1. Should have strong communication and people management skills. Should be well versed of Local language.

2. Should have Strong problem solving skills and knowledge of MS Office.

3. Should be good in MIS.

4. Should have knowledge in Housekeeping & Maintenance.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Ability to reduce complaints on guest houses and able to effectively use resources available to meet employee needs, as per company rules and regulations and within required time lines.

2. Ensure safety and security of rented accommodations.

3. Ensure along with provisioning of equipment required, maintenance of houses and pest controls are done on regular basis. Ensure employees adhere to basic rules and regulations as prescribed by the company.

4. Ability to handle grievance register effectively and efficiently.

5. Ability to allocate work to the subordinates to get the complaints resolved at the earliest.

6. To ensure staff accommodations are kept clean and maintained to the highest standard of living.


Work relations (context - main interfaces - functional report)
1. Reports to Manager Compliance.
2. Interfaces actively with all employees staying in Company Accommodations

Key figures - provide key data of the job e.g. budget, number of reports etc
• Number of complaints resolved and deadlines:
• Minimization of staff complaints on daily/monthly/yearly basis:

Key success factors - how is the success in the position measured
• No of complaints resolved and time taken
• Minimization of frequency of complaints

Experience and qualifications required for the job
• Minimum 5-10 yrs of experience related to Personnel and Administration.
• Graduate/Masters in MPM & IR.
