Job Title: Senior Associate – HR Payroll & Compliance Job Description: I: Roles & Responsibilities: Category A: Non- Negotiable: - Client Engagement Management: Responsible for reviewing, monitoring and managing all client engagements within the scope of HR, Payroll and statutory compliances.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintaining cordial relationship with clients, deliver good quality service, conducting reviews with client and ensure to attend to concerns or feedback
- Team Management: Manage a 3–4-member execution team
- Quality & Timely Delivery: Responsible for Quality & timely delivery of service.
- Statutory Compliances: Ensure all timely statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT etc. for various client organizations)
Category B: Desirable: - Knowledge sharing and professional insights on HR related queries or updates to clients
- Develop MIS templates, checklists, report formats, compliance calendars, etc. for effective work management and internal controls.
- Mentor team members, identify lapses, and conduct training on the job to equip staff with knowledge of developing trends in order to build a highly skilled department
- Identification and Implementation and effective use of IT tools
- Coordination with various advisors for subject expertise/ clarification and subject management for the team.
II. Competency and skill: (Non-Negotiable)- Excellent Interpersonal & Leadership Skills.
- Excellent knowledge in HR, Payroll and Statutory compliance.
- Good communication skills [English - Written & Spoken compulsory]

. Working experience on various payroll software.
Requirements Qualification and Work Experience: - Graduate / Post Graduate with 7 to 10 years' experience.
- Preferably Female candidates with an age group of 30-40 years.
