Job description

We are seeking an experienced leader for a Director Role in Methodology to join the Risk Management team in Mumbai with a leading Investment Bank.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in either quant, analytics or statistical methodology and managed larger teams.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement research methodologies for various projects.
• Analyze data using statistical software.
• Risk management development and validation teams.
• Collaborate with other teams to identify research needs.
• Stay up to date with emerging research methodologies and tools.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• Master's degree in statistics, data science, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in research methodology
• Experience in programming languages.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong stakeholder and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
