Role & Responsibilities:
The candidate should have experience in Finance Operations; Transformation
experience with a focus on record to report and the following illustrative reconciliations:
· GL
· Bank / Vendor / Customer reconciliation
· Inter-company
· Balance Sheet
· Reconciliation between applications or database etc.
to Report, Reconciliations
● Experience working with Reconciliation platforms like Blackline, Cadency
etc
● Hands on experience on doing reconciliation to understand the stakeholder
persona
● Process mapping, BRD creation experience to aid in writing the use case
● Solutioning mindset which involves fitment of a product in different client
situations
● Excellent Communication skills
● Technical skills - Product understanding, ERP understanding etc.
● Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
