Ensure proper materials procure on time. Maintain proper SOP, ensure proper quality of materials. Develop new vendors, assessment of vendor at the end of year. Proper communication between supplier & requisition department to ensure the proper materials without delay.
Ensure proper communication between raw material management to provide raw materials to avoid any production loss. Reduce supply time, new vendor creation to support local materials.
