Job Overview
We are hiring a Customer Support Executive to join our team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a prompt and satisfactory manner. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to speak multiple languages such as Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi, Kannada, and Tamil
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to remain calm and handle customer complaints and difficult situations
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Familiarity with customer support software and tools
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
- Flexibility to work in shifts if required
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and order processing
- Resolving customer complaints and issues by providing appropriate solutions
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
- Collaborating with other teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience
- Identifying and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments
- Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements
