Job Description

• Primary skill : Network Engineering ( networking certification must )
  
• Job Description: Utilize industry/domain experience to deliver business value to clients. Implement and stabilize client network processes maximize client operations or uncover opportunities to reduce costs increase revenue improve customer satisfaction and optimize business processes. Develop Industry expertise or standard network frameworks (e.g. eTOM) to improve client business functions like network planning and operations order management provisioning test and install and service assurance etc

Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate

Work Timing Rotational shift / Night shift

Mode Work From Office

Requirements

Exp Salary CTC 21100 up to monthly.

Shift Rotational shift and night shift

Notice period: Immediate joiners or max 10 days notice

Job Location Bangalore (Candidates applying should be staying in Bangalore city.....pick & drop facility would be available)

Eligibility networking certification must

Nature Contract 12 months (While this is a Contract role the possibility of Onboarding on Client payroll may happen in case of exceptional performance and a business need at our Clients end)

Candidate should have, 1.Good Communication skills 2.Take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones 3.Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally. 4.Flexible to work in shifts. 5.Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills 6.Knowledge of customer service principles and practices 7.Good technical knowledge Qualification: Under Graduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate Experience: Minimum 1 year BPO experience up to 5 Years Opening for International Voice Process for our renounced client in Navi Mumbai location. Work Timing - UK Shift (would include rotational shifts between 12pm to 12am) Mode - Only Work From Office Job Location - Vikhroli in Mumbai (Candidates applying should be staying within 30kms from Vikhroli.....pick & drop facility would be available) Nature - Contract to Hire (While this is a Contract 2 Hire role, the possibility of On-boarding on Client payroll may happen in case of exceptional performance and a business need at our Clients end) Requirements Eligibility - Excellent English Communication is must.
