- Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Consultation:
- Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and challenges.
- Provide detailed product demonstrations and technical consultations.
- Collaborate with clients to customize solutions based on their specific needs.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive and OEM sectors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers stakeholders and industry influencers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and relationshipbuilding.
- Product Knowledge and Training:
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in automobile and OEM technology.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on the features and benefits of our products.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure a deep understanding of our product portfolio.
- Technical Support:
- Provide presales and postsales technical support to clients.
- Address client inquiries and concerns working closely with the technical and customer support teams.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends competitor activities and market demands.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities market feedback and potential areas for growth.
- Provide insights to the management team on product enhancements and market positioning.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering Automotive Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical sales preferably within the automotive or OEM industry.
- Strong understanding of automobile technologies and OEM modules.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to convey technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Selfmotivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
