Role/Job Title: Operations Manager-Retail Assets Operations

Function/ Department: Retail Banking Operations - Central Disbursal Payment

Job Purpose:

As part of Retail Assets Operations team individual need to provide operational support for the entire gambit of Retail Asset products offered by the bank and provide adequate support to Business and Front-End teams to ensure customer delight. He/ She needs to ensure all processes are adhered as per the documented process .

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain high disbursal productivity of more than 90%.
• Focus on quality check and ensure minimum error rate is maintained for the of the volume Adherence and processing and ensuring.
• Undertaking the activity in prescribed manner basis the activity type (Accounting, MIS preparation/ BC maintenance etc).
• No delay and errors observed in activity performed and No follow ups requires Publishing all MIS within expected timeframe.
• Ensuring defined guidelines are adhered during executing critical activities Actively develop best industry practices and innovate.
• Individual productivity and TAT breach % in Pre-sanction and post-disbursement DVU.
• Audit observations and Process lapse in activity performed.

Educational Qualifications:

Graduation: Bachelor's in engineering / Technology / Maths / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Engineering / Management.

Post-graduation: MBA, PGDM.

Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience.
