Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Fashion Merchandiser. The Fashion Merchandiser will be responsible for analyzing Market trends. Analyzing trends and customer preferences. Identifying new product lines. Managing inventory. Maintaining PO (Purchase orders) Coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers. And ensuring the retail store has the right mix of products to meet customer demand. Giving Ideas for Photoshoots. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service Skills. Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively and support cross-functional teams including design, production, and sourcing Excellent written and verbal communication Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software Knowledge of trends, styles, and brands in the fashion industry Passionate, flexible, and innovative in approach with a positive attitude and self-motivated mindset.
