Job description
Desired profile of the candidate:
- B.E., OR Diploma in Electronics, Biomedical, Instrumentation, ITI. Minimum 3 years in service & support of Ophthalmic Capital Equipment or Medical Equipment. A smart Graduate / Diploma holder (Preferred: Candidates with prior experience in the Healthcare Industry, especially in providing service & support of high-value surgical/diagnostic equipment or instruments). An energetic individual with excellent communication & technical skills. Should have the zeal to meet doctors, with a flair for healthy discussions on industry innovations, progress, challenges, etc. Should have the ability & experience to solve customer issues over the phone and online support. Should have the skill to speak about the technical attributes of the products. Be a reliable contact and resource to the doctor from the company. Major Job Responsibilities:- Attend installation, warranty & service calls for medical equipments. Provide online technical support to customers as and when required Carry out Product Demos Effective Credit control & collection of outstanding payment Add new AMC customers by proper planning of warranty visits Follow-up with customers who are under AMC by making PM & breakdown visits BioMedix Optotechnik & Devices Pvt.
