Our esteemed client, a leading provider of Visa and Immigration services, is on the lookout for a dedicated Account Manager to join their dynamic team.
The role may involve occasional travel to various offices in India, as well as visits to clients across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with client contacts to ensure the achievement of reporting and customer satisfaction targets.
- Lead and manage the team to surpass Client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Oversee the end-to-end administration of immigration and visa files.
- Monitor external communications and feedback surveys to proactively identify potential service failures.
- Generate timely billing reports to ensure accurate and appropriate invoicing for relocations.
- Effectively handle and resolve complaint escalations.
- Maintain consistency in all written and telephone communications.
- Manage the service delivery of immigration and visa teams, prioritizing client satisfaction.
- Monitor team workload and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency within the immigration and visa process without compromising service delivery.
- Foster and maintain client relationships, serving as the focal point for all communications and conducting regular review meetings at the client's office.
- Ensure visa and immigration application processes are followed and adapted according to client needs.
- Advise clients on all services offered, identifying opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell additional services in collaboration with the business development team.
- Keep all client reports updated and accurate.
- Take ownership of client onboarding, implementation, and review processes, ensuring seamless operations.
- Generate monthly and annual billing invoices.
- Conduct annual appraisals for team members and regular one-to-one meetings.
- Ensure the team is fully trained and aligned with the Company's mission and goals.
- Facilitate comprehensive training for clients to ensure a thorough understanding of the Company's systems.
Person Specification:
- Minimum of 3 years' account management experience within Visa, Immigration, or Travel services in India.
- Proven experience in leading, managing, motivating, and developing teams.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A solutions-driven and organised approach.
- Demonstrated experience working across functions and teams, driving successful outcomes for the business.
