Job description
We are looking for dynamic and motivated Recruitment Interns to join our teams in Gurgaon. This internship opportunity will provide you with hands-on experience in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition.
Responsibilities Assist the recruitment team in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on their qualifications, experience, and compatibility with job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, both in-person and virtual, between candidates and hiring managers.
Engage with candidates in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our database.
Support the team in various administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as drafting job postings and tracking applicant data.
Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events, job fairs, and campus hiring activities.
Collaborate with the team to achieve recruitment goals and targets.
Qualifications Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Basic understanding of the recruitment process is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
