Responsibilities Manage and motivate the admissions team to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets

Mentor and coach team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge of the admissions process
Analyze data and market trends to inform sales and training strategies

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and performance metrics
