Job Title: Vice President - Marketing

Location: Chennai

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 6-15 Years

Education: MBA from IIM

Responsibilities:

· Should be a team manager and must have handled 10+ team size of marketing executives and managers.

· Should have worked as a Brand Champion/ Custodian in his career.

· Should have handled multiple product/ project launches with 360-degree launch campaigns

· Must have worked/ handled large advertising agencies.

· Should have handled marketing budgets of Rs.25 Crores and above per annum.

· Should be a thinker/ innovator and should be able to create opportunities in adversities

· Must possess the ability to understand data and be a data-driven professional with attention to detail.

· Must be knowledgeable in handling digital marketing.

Qualifications:

· 10 years of progressive experience in brand management and marketing.

· Proven experience in leading large marketing teams and successful product and brand launches.

· MBA from IIMs or equivalent prestigious institution.

· Extensive experience in dealing with advertising agencies and overseeing the creation of impactful ads.

· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

· Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
