• Sort and distribute mail as needed

• Assist with various administrative tasks

• Answer phones and direct calls as needed

• Greet clients and visitors as they enter the office and direct them where they need to go

• Proven exp in an office setting and as a receptionist

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field preferred

• Technical ability to use Microsoft Office products

• Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
