Job description
Greetings from The Neotia University we are having immediate requirements for the position of Assistant Registrar.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including registration, grades, and academic standing.
- Oversee the processing of transcript requests, enrollment verifications, and other related documents.
- Assist with the implementation of academic policies and procedures.
- Stay current with university policies and academic regulations.
- Provide guidance to students, faculty, and staff on academic policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other university departments to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Strong understanding of academic policies and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in using student information systems and related technologies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Educational Qualification :-
Bachelors or Master's in degree
Experience:- Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
Salary:- As per university norms commensurate with qualification & experience.
