Position Title: General Manager – Regional Sales ,Bengaluru

Client:

Our client is a Leading Domestic Leisure Hotel Chain with a strong presence in 45 locations across India.The brand is synonymous with leisure, relaxation, and memorable experiences. We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Regional Sales Head to join the team

Reports to: VP Sales

Salary Band: Negotiable (18 to 25 L CTC + Incentives)

Job Summary:

As a General Manager, Regional Sales , you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our leisure destinations. Your primary focus will be on securing and managing meetings, incentives, conferences, and events (MICE) bookings, as well as corporate accounts and Leisure Travel . You will work closely with the Corporate VP of Sales and Marketing to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the brand's objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of the MICE,Corporates and Leisure segments , strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for MICE and corporate sales for leisure destinations.

· Identify and target potential corporate clients, MICE agencies, event planners, and travel management companies.

· Proactively generate leads, conduct market research, and identify new business opportunities.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication, meetings, and presentations.

· Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of events and excellent customer satisfaction.

· Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop competitive strategies.

· Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the brand and generate new business leads.

· Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the Vice President.

· Lead a Team of Sales Professionals in the Region.

Preferred Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in any discipline and/or a Sales related Qualification.

· Minimum of 12 years of experience in Hotel Sales in Bengaluru market, with a focus on Corporates, MICE and Travel Trade Sales in the Hospitality industry.

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

· To build & maintain strong relationships with Corporates and Travel Agency Partners

· To identify potential customers. create and close new business opportunities in line with the strategic direction of the company

· Communicate the Brand's Value proposition within the strategic designated sales geography

· To make inspiring sales presentations to the prospective customers.

· Creating a Potential Pipeline of prospects for MICE and FIT, from Travel agencies and corporate business.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients at all levels.

· Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on building long-term partnerships.

· Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Willingness to travel as required.
