Job description
Responsibilities:
Business Development: • Set and achieve a target of acquiring a minimum of 1 new franchise, dealer, or distributor within the assigned area. • Develop and execute strategic plans to ensure the targeted sales volume, with each new partnership equivalent to ₹10 Lakhs.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
• Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet the specified financial targets. • Train and support franchisees, distributors, and dealers to maximize sales performance and achieve revenue goals.
Market Research:
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. • Conduct regular market research to identify potential opportunities and threats, ensuring a proactive approach to market changes.
Team Management:
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team within the assigned area. • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure the team is aligned with the target objectives.
Customer Relations : • Foster positive relationships with customers and partners, ensuring high satisfaction levels. • Gather feedback to enhance product offerings and customer experience.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with the electric vehicle market trends is a plus.
