You are a good fit if you have :- 2 - 5 years of overall experience in Product Management- Past background building stellar high scale tech products- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, effective presentation skills is a must- Ability to think creative and solve problem Entrepreneurial mindset- Ability to fit in well within an informal startup environment and to provide hands-on management- Extensive experience working with design and engineering teamsWhat you'll do : - Act like an owner for the success of your product. Lead team in developing and implementing product vision and strategy.- Collect and analyze user feedback to shape new product ideas and requirements. Work with the leadership team in planning the product roadmap.- Convert ideas to prototypes. Coordinate with the engineering team to plan and deliver features on time- Perform market and competitive research. - Take key product decisions, including those that impact design, usability, features, content, and revenue, in consultation with the leaders. - Crunch analytics & log data regularly to identify consumer insights / market insightsWhat do you need for this :- Background in Computer Science or related stream, MBA is a plus - Familiarity in agile development framework (not mandatory) - Eye for detail along with high benchmarks for quality Highly analytical, data-driven mindset - Collaborative, team player with proven ability to lead cross-functional efforts - Experience with creating roadmaps and product requirements, launching products, and product lifecycle management - Strong solution skills in translating customer needs to product functionalities (ref:hirist.tech)
