Job description
Cizzara Film Studio is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive our sales efforts. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed our revenue targets. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales & marketing strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business and expand our customer base.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives, setting clear goals and providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Forecast sales targets and track performance, analyzing data and making adjustments as necessary.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners, representing our Film Studio and promoting our products and services.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as Marketing and Operations, to ensure a seamless sales process and exceptional client experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors, identifying new opportunities and potential areas for growth.
- Prepare and present sales reports and performance analysis to senior management.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a high level of professionalism, integrity, and client-centricity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the music industry or entertainment field.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic mindset and ability to think critically and creatively.
- Ability to analyze data and trends to make data-driven sales decisions.
- Ability to travel as needed.
