EducationCriteria: Bachelors degree / or Post Graduate in Human Resource (Preferred)

Shift: Should be flexible with night & rotational shift.

Job Description:

1. Experience in Leading teams managing Tier 1 HR helpdeskfor UK, Europe or US Employees
2. Good understanding of Quality Methodology and tools. Should be able to driveimprovement plan
3. Good understanding of Service level agreements and contractual compliancerequirements
