JD:The candidate will be required to architect, design and implement solution using different service offered by MS Azure and combination of open source/enterprise management solutions (Backup/Monitoring/Automation etc). The candidate will work with clients to define the technical architecture for Public Cloud Platform (Public isolated or Hybrid).The candidate should have knowledge about various management solutions, System Integration, Custom Scripting technologies to support Public Cloud Platform. Candidate should have hands on experience in designing, implementing and providing solutions in the areas of Enterprise Application's/Infrastructure performance/availability life cycle, Remote/ Infrastructure Management and consulting.Skills/ Experience Required:-Public Cloud Knowledge-MS Azure expertise-Knowledge about various management solutions, System Integration, Custom Scripting technologies to support Public Cloud Platform.-Scripting knowledge (Powershell, Perl, shell, VB scripting, Batch etc.)-Strong experience on Windows/Linux Server builds.-Cloud networking knowledge.Knowledge of VMware infra up to at least 5.5 Knowledge of Windows 2008 -2012 -2016Knowledge of AD, DNS, Group Policies, Domains.Knowledge of WSUS /Patching Knowledge of UCS infra is must, along with SUN, DELL, HP Knowledge of MS clustering Knowledge of Load balancer /Security certificate and IIS.Knowledge of ITIL in sense of ticketing /Problem ticket/Change process, Emergency change. (1.) To validate analyses (eg. Root Cause Analysis ,Trend Analysis) and reports to facilitate performance in tasks to be presented to key business stakeholders (2.) To ensure positive customer feedback and satisfaction thorugh active participation in customer meetings to understand any issues faced (3.) To validate Change Order Implementation Plan and Human Error Compliance and participate in Capacity planning (4.) To perform value addition activities (such as mentoring administratorsorteam members, preparing SOPs, maintaining effective documentation simultaneously and Knowledge sharing.) In addition act as a liaison to the business segment, facilitating effective communication and presentation to key business stakeholders as and when required. (5.) To ensure on-time resolution and quality compliance of escalated ticketsorincident as per the agreed SLA
