Job Title: Human Resources Manager – Talent Management

Butterfly Learnings ( is one of India's most exciting new companies in the pediatric behavioural health space, committed to helping our children grow into a happy childhood.

Established by professional physicians and a strong team of professional Developmental Paediatricians and Behavioural Therapists in 2021 , we have grown considerably with 30+ centers , with plans to grow exponentially into 12 states as well as establish overseas centres as well within the next two years

Driving this business expansion, at its core is the Human Resources function and the Human Resources Manager and team.

The position reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer

Job Title: Human Resources Manager – Talent Manager

Overview:

The growth of Butterfly Learnings is closely aligned to the recruitment, retention and motivation of the Behavioural Therapists and other cadres.

As the HRM – TM, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, recruiting, and retaining talent in our organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the company's staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

You will also work closely with the Talent Engagement Head and team in devising strategies to retain the employees recruited through your and your team's efforts

You will be the person responsible to develop the Employer Brand of Butterfly Learnings in educational and other campuses and amongst industry in general

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning:

Work closely with CHRO, Functional Heads, campus co-ordinators and with senior management to understand the organization's long-term as well as short term goals and workforce needs and develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's objectives.

Proactively anticipate Industry needs and feedback from various campuses visited to sharpen our own hiring and retention strategies

Work with Functional heads to receive feedback on the quality of hires and the process

Recruitment Process Management:

Oversee and take accountability for the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection. Develop clear metrices at every stage of recruitment and retention and monitor on a weekly basis , causes of non-fulfilment if any

Develop newer source pools and manage the recruitment funnel as per the company requirements.

Implement best practices to streamline and enhance the recruitment process for efficiency and effectiveness, through deep analytics

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:

Utilize various sourcing methods, including online channels, social media, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms.

Conducting campus recruitment drives, meeting and collaborating with campus co-ordinators of various colleges.

Building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future staffing needs.

Conduct proactive talent mapping and market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.

Collaboration and Relationship Building:

Foster strong partnerships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and requirements.

Work closely with HR business partners to ensure seamless integration of talent acquisition strategies with overall HR initiatives.

Collaborate with external recruitment agencies, universities, and industry associations to build a network and enhance the talent pool.

Employer Branding:

Develop and promote the employer brand to attract top talent.

Implement initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.

Manage and leverage online platforms to showcase the company culture and values.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Utilize recruitment analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and employee retention

Provide regular reports on key recruitment metrics, attrition, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire and cause of attrition

Qualifications:

Masters's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Talent Manager or in a similar role.

In-depth knowledge of recruitment practices, employment laws, and industry trends.

Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Professional certification in Human Resources

Experience with employer branding initiatives.

Familiarity with emerging trends in recruitment technology.
