We are hiring Territory Sales Executive for a home textile manufacturing company.

Responsibilities:-- Conduct regular market research to identify local business opportunities, assess competitor pricing, and stay updated on product offerings.
- Keep management informed of competitor brands activities in the market through timely updates.
- Set and achieve new outlet opening targets for the assigned areas.
- Identify potential challenges, contribute to new product development, and ensure the business aligns with customer demand.
- Concentrate on secondary sales, planning and achieving secondary targets.
- Prioritise new counters opening with optimal SKU placement based on retailer capacity and store footfall.
- Ensure the entire product range is strategically placed in existing outlets.
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective retailers to understand their requirements.
- Secure orders through a relationship-based approach, expanding the product range in stores.
Requirements
- 12th Pass / Basic UG Degree.
- 2-5 years of experience in textile sale or FMCG sales.
- Proven experience in secondary sales.
- Less than 30 years of age.
- Own 2-wheeler with a valid license.
- Proficient in sales and negotiation.
- Excellent communication and understanding skills.
- Positive attitude with a go-getter mentality.
