As the Global Architect, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development of next-generation LV products and systems, a software define system, etc. Reporting to Global CTO of the Division, you will work closely with our talented teams in 4 regional business Hubs (i.e. China, North America, Europe and International) to conceptualize, design, and deliver innovative solutions that set new standards in functionality, safety, and user experience.

Job responsibilities:

  • Lead future offer innovation, maximum customer value & willingness to pay by technical breakthrough. Support future offer effective landing in different regional R&D center
  • Participate in regional R&D center major project architecture select decision, to ensure technical advantage & platforming
  • Support regional R&D Center & projects technical key challenges upon local architects/League leaders' request
  • Connect & animate global Architects network. Connect with Schneider Group architects and external bodies. Strong connect between local R&D centers and CTO office
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry advancements to incorporate into product development strategies.
  • Give position and influence on standardization bodies
  • Champion a culture of creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization

Professional Experience:

  • Familiar with LV power distribution system and business, or new energy low voltage system
  • Solid experience on product development in hardware or firmware of Energy Management offer (as inverter, EV charger, BMS, PMS system, controller, smart breaker, gateway or smart edge)
  • Or solid experience on software development (Eco-structure, Apps, SAAS, services, Energy management system)
  • Good knowledge on customer application, advance techno, Low voltage offers
  • Good vision on the low voltage panel of the future
  • Open, good in communication
  • Ability to build strong interactions with stakeholders / Strong ability to work in a matrix organization towards a common goal, English is a must
  • Passion for innovation, staying updated with the latest technological advancements in the related fields

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
