Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Personal Secretary role located in Noida. As a Personal Secretary, you will be responsible for managing the schedules, appointments, and communications of the executive team, handling confidential information, and providing administrative support such as managing emails and organizing documents.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Personal Secretary or similar administrative role Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with office equipment such as printers and fax machines Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field is preferred
