Job Brief
Seeking an individual with exceptional Hindi and English communication skills, a solid grasp of the stock market, and proficiency in
customer engagement and retention. The ideal candidate should be adept at working with business numbers, contributing to effective
communication strategies across digital channels to meet company goals and enhance brand image. If you possess these skills, join us
to drive success in client interaction and retention.
Currently we are a bunch of approx. 30 team members working on two primary products at Swastika – trading application and internal
CRM tool. All our requirements and features are gathered around these two products. As a stock broking company, we have created set
of our own REST APIs for stock-trading technology vendors. We are building stock- trading and investment products on top of these
APIs.
Tech Stack That We Work Upon - Backend – ASP.Net & .Net Core
- Database – MSSQL
- Frontend – Angular 7+ / UI
- Mobile – Android (Majorly Flutter)
- Hosting – Currently managed at a data center in Mumbai, Chennai, AWS
Key Responsibility
- Planning - Create engagement for clients at every step of their journey with Swastika, what content should be sent through which
mode of communication Should know which mode works best for which stage, a client is in.
- Create targeted engagement campaigns, planning communication strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and conceptualizing innovative client engagement methods. From all the Marketing Channels – email/SMS/WhatsApp/push notifications/in-app messaging etc.
- Communication and Engagement campaign - should be very clear with the purpose and content that what has to be sent Campaign can come up with several offers, research, dos and don'ts, etc.
- Analyzing – The KPIs would include, percentage of customers activated, percentage of customers retained through digital communication. Analyze the performance of each communication and changing it accordingly. Prepare the summarize report on the basis of customers' actions to enhance the communication strategy.
- Designing and Conceptualizing – Collaborate with in-house design and editing teams to conceptualize visually appealing content. Ensure logical alignment with the company's goals and strategy, uplifting the brand image in every communication

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal ) with the ability to effectively engage at all levels to better understand the need of communication
- Proven track record of successfully implementing testing strategies and initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
