Job description

Need to manage B2B voice lines and support the Field reps with accurate solutions by following the guidelines of the process. Ensure that the assigned targets are met in accordance with SLA and any other internal standards. Employee will be gauged basis these performances (AHT/Quality/Communication skills/Schedule adherence/First call resolution/). Candidate needs to have basic knowledge of computers, good typing speed ( 20 wpm) and call handling skills. Needs to have good written and verbal communications skills, good spoken English, problem solving skills, strong customer service skills, ability to communicate correctly (grammatically and contextually correct) and clearly. Good problem solving, reasoning, data gathering and analytical skills.
