JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Proficiency:

Ensuring adherence to test practices and process to improve test coverage

Outcomes:

1. Create Test Estimates and Schedules
2. Identify business processes conduct risk analysis and ensure test coverage
3. Ensure adherence of processes and standards
4. Produce test results defect reports test logs and reports for evidence of testing
5. Publish RCA reports and preventive measures
6. Report progress of testing
7. Contribute for Revenue savings for client by suggesting alternate method
8. Quality of Deliverables

Additional Comments:

. Identifies performance test environment requirements and works with the respective teams to setup the environment. . Take ownership of the non-functional test solution from project initiation to final acceptance, with responsibility for each NFT milestone within the cycle . Develops Test plan documents based on the requirements. . Involves in developing load tests scripts for applications using Loadrunner/Jmeter. . Creates Workload distribution and test Scenarios based on the User Load and Transaction Volume . Executes various performance test to determine the performance issues. . Analyses the test report and provided recommendations to the project team. . Analyses the server metrics to identify the performance related issues. . Involves in walkthroughs and meetings with Project team to discuss performance test findings. . Mentors team members to understand performance testing concepts. Skills 1. Expertise in Performance Testing tool Microfocus Loadrunner and Loadrunner Enterprise. 2. Worked on protocols Web Ajax Truclient and Web Services. 3. Hands on experience on other performance testing tools like Jmeter, Microsoft VSTS [Web Test], Neoload and SoapUI Pro. 4. Experience on other tools like Fiddler, Postman, Chrome Developer Tools and Client Side dynatrace. 5. Proficient in working with monitoring tools like Perfmon, App Dynamics, App Insights, vmstat and iostat. 6. Basic knowledge on Jmeter Jenkins Integration.
