Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Alteryx Development Lead to spearhead our data analytics initiatives. The successful candidate will lead a team of Alteryx Developers, providing technical expertise, guidance, and ensuring the successful implementation of Alteryx-based solutions. Locations Open: Noida, Gurgaon, Pune, Bangalore Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Alteryx Developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations. Work closely with client stakeholders to comprehend business requirements, objectives, and challenges, translating them into effective Alteryx-based technical solutions Act as the technical architect for Alteryx Solutions, designing end-to-end data analytics workflows aligned with client goals and industry best practices Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery of high-quality Alteryx solutions. Perform hands-on technical work, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), data modeling, dashboard development, and data visualization. Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during project implementation, demonstrating problem-solving skills. Build and maintain strong client relationships by effectively communicating project updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction. Participate in B15olution design, proposal development, and client presentations. Technical Expertise: Proven development experience (7+ years) in the field of data analytics, ETL, and data visualization. Strong proficiency in Alteryx, with a deep understanding of data integration, transformation, and visualization. Expertise in designing and implementing data solutions using ETL tools, databases, and cloud platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Experience in client-facing roles, with a track record of delivering successful projects and building client relationships. Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, SQL, and scripting languages is a plus. Qualifications and Background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Certifications in AlteryxJob tags
