Job description
We are searching for a dedicated and driven individual who is passionate about using their product management skills to drive positive change in the lives of women from lowincome households in India. The ideal Product Manager will possess the following qualities and qualifications:
Passion for Social Impact: You are deeply committed to making a difference in society and are enthusiastic about empowering women through financial education. You understand the transformative potential of digital tools and resources.
Product Enthusiast: You have 68 years of relevant experience in productrelated roles and are excited about taking on new challenges in a product management capacity. You are eager to learn and grow within this role.
DataDriven: You approach decisionmaking with a datadriven mindset. You are comfortable using data to make informed choices optimize user experiences and measure the impact of our products.
UserCentric Mindset: You understand the importance of user research and empathy. You are eager to gather insights from our target audience women in lowincome households to shape the product in ways that meet their needs.
Agile Orientation: Experience in working within agile or iterative product development environments is a plus. You are adaptable and comfortable with iterative processes.

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor s/Masters degree in computer science or Design which provides a foundation for success in this role.
At least 6 years of experience after undergraduation in product development or management
Experience conducting enduser research analyzing data and generating insights preferably with experience in using Google Analytics
Experienced in defining UI/UX and comfortable using Figma
Other Requirements
Knowledge of product development methodologies such as agile design thinking and lean startup
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skill
