Reporting to Managing Director, Epiroc India and reporting to the Tools and Attachment Division.
Key driver will be Customer Relationship Management and selected candidate will be accountable for profitable growth of Rock Drill Tools (RDT) within divisional targets & objectives.
You will be the Point of Contact for this Key Customer and are expected to deal with customer at all levels, representing Epiroc Management
You will be responsible for overall generating higher operating profit for RDT business.
Work closely with National Sales Manager in driving sales and marketing.
Lead Sales and marketing team of RDT business.
You will be expected to provide dynamic leadership to the team to optimize deliverables for the RDT business.
Set & achieve ambitious profitable growth targets with high focus on market share, customer share & consolidated profitability.
Develop close relationships with all key stakeholders and drive Governance Structure formulated to meet customer at different levels in regular intervals.
Support the Epiroc Group s vision by contributing continuously to the Customer - Value and a Customer - Care driven culture
Safeguard a safe and healthy working environment and ensure that 'The Way We Do Things' & 'Code of Practice' is followed. Work closely with the division to support all activities and actively participate in current and future developments.
The position requires very frequent domestic & occasional overseas travel.
Experience requirements:
A result oriented & experienced in Sales and Marketing.
Should have been actively involved in the Mining/Construction industry.
A proven record of accomplishment in sales management and /or marketing with 15 to 20 years of experience.
