Job description

Your Mission:
- Assist with creating and implementing marketing strategies for the pet store to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition
- Assist with designing and executing social media campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
- Conducting market research as per given requirements.
- Collaborate with the store's staff to plan and execute in-store events, promotions, and advertising
- Assist with managing the pet store's website and online presence, including creating and updating content
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement continuously
- Communicate with customers and respond to inquiries and concerns via email, phone, and social media
Some Basic Requirements :
- Love for pets and comfortable to be around pets.
- Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics, and Google Ads)
- Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
- Degree or MBA in Marketing is an added bonus.
The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes.
Responsibilities

- Manage and allocate budget correctly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
- Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
