Experience - 1+ Year Skills: 1. B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience 2. 1+ years of overall development or technical support experience 3. Excellent written and oral communication, ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly. 4. Good to have knowledge of REST ( methods GET/PUT/POST, etc), XML/SOAP, web services, web application development, and industry-standard commerce systems 5. Experience in debugging backend logs 6. Effective organizational skills to maintain a consistently high standard of operations in a busy environment 7. Effective prioritisation and time management confidence to drive and manage large conference calls Roles/Responsibilities:- 1. Perform a deep dive and conduct a detailed Success Rate analysis to identify the root causes of the payment issues and work with the internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve them 2. Work closely with customer support teams to provide technical insights and solutions, ensuring a positive experience for our customers. 3. Understand the risks/opportunities with various implementations and help in improving the overall system performance 4. Understand the problem, define severity, and propose a workaround during crisis times while still working on the end-to-end solution 5. Take charge of all technical operations tasks related to payment success, ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our payment systems. 6. Monitor payment success rates round the clock, proactively identifying and addressing any potential issues to maintain optimal system performance. 7.
