Job description

As a Tele caller, you are responsible for generating leads, solving queries and providing demos about the product or services provided by the company

Responsibilities

· Make outbound calls to identify potential clients and generate leads.

· Contacting existing and prospective Clients.

· Schedule meetings between clients and company executive

· Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.

· Respond to client queries and provide information about services.

· Taking and processing requests in a professional manner.

· Maintaining the database of the accurate records of client interactions and feedback.

· Suggesting solutions based on customers' needs and requirements.

 

Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Work experience as a Telecaller, TeleMarketer

· Excellent Hyderabad geography knowledge

· Good computer and mobile knowledge.

· Great interpersonal skills.

· Good oral and written communication skills in English, Hindi/Telugu
