We are seeking a
Virtual assistant for a leading company in the oral care industry, dedicated to revolutionizing oral hygiene with innovative and sustainable solutions. As the Personal Virtual Assistant/Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO in various administrative, organizational, and executive tasks. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced virtual environment. Key Responsibilities Calendar Management: Proactively manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently, considering time zones and priorities. Email and Correspondence: Monitor and manage the CEO's email inbox, drafting responses, prioritizing messages, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items. Document Management: Organize and maintain digital files, documents, and records, ensuring easy access and confidentiality of sensitive information. Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members, managing inquiries and requests effectively. Meeting Support: Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items, ensuring that key decisions and discussions are documented and communicated effectively. Research and Analysis: Conduct research and gather information on various topics as requested by the CEO, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes. Liaison for CEO and VP: Act as a central point of contact between the CEO, VP, and internal/external stakeholders, managing schedules, filing documents and communicating relevant information with internal and external marketing, sales and operations teams SKILLS: Excellent at MS office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Word) MS Teams experience a plus Task Management Software experience Project Management experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in graphic editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) is a plus. Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems. Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is highly desirable. Working Days: Monday-Friday Work Timings: 7pm-4am(US SHIFT) Location: Work from homeJob tags
