Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of 10-12 advisors to achieve monthly revenue targets of 20-25 lakhs.
Utilize your sales expertise to drive results and exceed performance expectations.
Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members to foster growth and development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies and processes.
Preferred Qualities:
Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing a sales team.
Exceptional communication skills in Kannada, Telugu, and Tamil.
Previous experience in achieving and exceeding revenue targets in a sales environment.
High school education or equivalent.
