Steer task allocation and track project team activities during all project phases.
Steer the creation of the mandatory project document and updates according to the client project management framework, which will be provided in advance by the client. Track escalations, risk and issues via a RAID log or related tool.
Prepare and chair project meetings for daily stand-ups, stakeholder engagement calls, impediment resolution and project steering.
Track expenditure in line with allocated project expenditure. Create appropriate reporting on a weekly basis and present it to the project steering committee for a sign off.
Liaison with dependent projects (as documented in the in advance shared RAID log) and stakeholders within the client via Sprint review meetings in the above mentioned rhythm through MS Teams to solicit feedback on project progress, dependencies and requirements.
Appear clearly as an external consultant of the client whenever interacting with external parties.
