SharePoint Administration
3-4 years of experience in SharePoint On-Prem, SharePoint Online & OneDrive for Business Services - (along with SharePoint migration, Workflow & PowerShell scripting) Primary skills.
a. Experience in SharePoint 2010, 2013 & 2016 with supporting end users issues e.g. Workflow, Task lists and Document libraries.
b. Experience on SharePoint online can be judged based on interaction.
c. Should be experienced with migration tool (SharePoint On-Prem to SharePoint online), it includes Data/Library migration, migrating web part and if required customization to be done at best effort support. Migration of workflow and task lists.
d. Experience on handling issues for Office applications within SharePoint.
e. SharePoint and SharePoint Online user administration (provisioning).
f. Provide support of Customer SharePoint Extranet requirements.
g. Identify and report on external users who have SharePoint rights granted to them.
h. Clone sites, as requested by Customer.
i. Periodically report on, and remove orphaned users identities from sites.
j. Support and manage labelling of SharePoint documents based on content and sensitivity.
k. Should be experienced with migration tool (SharePoint On-Prem to SharePoint online), it includes Data/Library migration, migrating web part and if required customization to be done at best effort support. Migration of workflow and task lists.
l. Archive and delete unused sites in accordance with Customer's requirements.
m. Monitor the SharePoint platform, log, review and respond to events, errors, and alerts to ensure the platform is operating as designed.

o. Periodically report on, and remove orphaned users identities from sites.
p. Administration experience on One Drive for Business including use of the web portal, integration with the MS Office Suite of applications, OneDrive for Business software client on Windows desktops, Windows virtualized workspaces (remote access solution), Android and iOS.
Fundamental knowledge of ITSM/ITIL process.
Roles
Administration, Management and maintenance of SharePoint On-Prem farms.
Provide 2nd end user support for SharePoint On-Prem (201020132016) and O365 services.
Provide 2nd line support for core M365 components and services.
Manage Office 365 Cross-functional capabilities (Licenses, reporting, services and settings).
Configure and maintain site collections, list, web parts, workflow and integrate SharePoint with other MS products. Mandatory Skills
Should have SharePoint On-Prem and O365 functionality knowledge
Able to Administer, manage and maintain using UI and PowerShell.
On-Prem and O365 configuration skills.
SharePoint patching.
Knowledge of Workflow manager & Nintex workflows.
Management of O365 Users, Groups, Logs, Polices, Reports, Data governance and security settings.
Experience in managing and working with office 365 Groups, OneDrive, Teams, StaffHub, Flow, Forms and other Apps.
Relative working knowledge Database, SQL, AD, ADFS, Network, Exchange.
Knowledge of hybrid setup.
Knowledge of SharePoint hosted and provider hosted apps.
Working knowledge of O365 mobile apps (i.e. Outlook, OD4B, Teams, Yammer, etc. apps).
Proficient in Spoken & Written English.
