Responsibilities

o The actual operatingresults for each Project, along with a written explanation of whether loanoperations for the calendar year, in fact, met or exceeded the Approved Budgetand

o A discussionregarding the Approved Budget as it relates to the anticipated operatingperformance for the upcoming year to facilitate Owner's evaluation of theproposed Budget for the upcoming year
